Features of the Workshop
  A three hour workshop for all sales staff followed by a two hour workshop  
  Sales management must be present and participate  
  Requires as close to 100% of the team participating as possible.
Timing can be to suit your weekly routine.
 
  Specific goals and strategies are agreed at the end of the first workshop.  
  This is then followed up by a second shorter workshop four weeks later to review what has been achieved including what the company would look like if you had a perfect sales culture and agree on going targets and goals.  
  It is recommended that this conclude with some sort of reward presentation and meal or drinks.  
 
Outcomes
  Sales team will know what a sales culture is and the benefits it brings to the team as
a whole.

selling.
